Bountiful Breads and Baking in the Open Hearth

The smell of fresh baked goods fills the original kitchen as Sully’s cooks teach techniques used to prepare bread and pastry in the early 19th century. Learn about different leavening agents and cooking vessels that made baking a day-long process. At the end of the workshop, enjoy the foods you prepared. House tour included.
