TOO WET
Kirkland’s Organic Creamy Peanut Butter

kirkland1.gifCostco reformulated their organic PB brand, according to a May 2007 feature in the Costco Connection that also indicated that because of natural oil separation, you do need to stir before using. But even after stirring, I found it still too wet; you practically need a spoon to get this on the bread!

TOO DRY

It says on the jar, “No Stirring Needed” but it’s so dense that you do need to stir if you want it to spread smoothly. I ended up combining this with the Kirkland’s to create a happy medium.
