These would consist of parks, playgrounds, recreation centers and entertainment spots in Fairfax and Loudoun counties, as well as the areas therein.  Coming from an island about 30 miles long, I find the whole counties/cities/towns business a little confusing. So my version of Fairfax County is more geographical rather than political in scope, and so includes the county of Arlington, the cities of Falls Church, Fairfax and Alexandria, and the towns of Clifton, Herndon and Vienna. Same goes for Loudoun.  My apologies to the  governments of these localities if I offend.
